As a follow-up to Beyond School Bells’ October ELO Policy Summit, we will be hosting a breakfast briefing to discuss the importance of quality and evaluation in ELO programs.
On December 9th, we will host a “What does the research say?” presentation and panel discussion focusing on what research tells us about the impact of quality ELO experiences on the lives of youth and emerging frameworks for measuring this impact. We will be providing a national and state context to this discussion, as well as hearing about how two Nebraska communities are developing their own city-wide systems to measure the impact of regular participation in high quality ELO programs.
The meeting will be held in the 5th floor conference room of the Lincoln Community Foundation Building (200 Centennial Mall) and will be from 8:30 – 10:30am. Breakfast will be provided. The meeting is open to the public.
